Proposal
Conference Proposal
Accepting proposals until April 6, 2024
You will want to check out the Presentation Types before filling out the form.
Things to know:
This is your proposal, which means that you can write about what you think you might want to do, even if you haven't started, yet.
You will have an opportunity to revise your information later in the semester. (title, description, sources, etc.)
There will be an opportunity later to write and submit a full abstract to compete for abstract awards, which will also replace your proposal on the website.
As long as your general category doesn't change, research can change directions, questions, and resources.
You should contact your mentor either before you submit or shortly after.
You can still submit after the deadline, but students who submit late may not be accepted, or, if accepted, will be fitted into a built conference schedule, so may not have choices on presentation format.
Can students who have transferred submit?
Yes! Former students who were enrolled in at least one course at Saddleback Summer 2023, Fall 2023, or Spring 2024 and have a current Saddleback faculty member willing to mentor them can submit.
