  • Research description (up to 250 words)

  • up to 5 preliminary sources

• Mentor Letters go out April 12th

  • Contacts mentors of students who submitted proposals

• Proposal Reviews will come back from the reviewers by April 16th

• Acceptance and Schedule Notification: April 18th

  • Students will receive acceptance or rejection letters and the schedule at a glance
