Leylanna Cruz is a senior at Washington Park High School who is a writer for the school's newspaper, The Beacon. She has a 3.67 grade point average and is a part of student government. She is also an outstanding three sport athlete who plays volleyball, basketball, and soccer. In her first year of writing for The Beacon, she is excited to be a part of the beacon and help grow it.
