Enter inspection
To enter the Inspections module , follow these steps:
Step 1: Press Menu > Operation Work > Inspection
Step 2: In the to be inspected section of the tab , look for the license plate of the vehicle to be inspected.
Step 3: Press the card of the searched vehicle
Step 4: In the vehicle diagram, select a position. (Tires that have a colored dot are the ones that have an inspection to be carried out).
Step 5: Once you select a tire from a position, example pos 1, a list of options to be performed on the tire will be displayed, select Inspection.
Note: You must pair the Calliper R2 to perform bluetooth inspection .
Perform inspection
To carry out the inspection follow these steps:
Step 1: Once the inspection option is selected , you will find the information about the tire selected in the position.
Step 2: If the tire is not retreaded or retreaded, continue with the depth section.
Step 3: In depths enter the information of the exterior-center-interior depth
Step 4: Then enter the PSI pressure and a support number if available (optional).
Step 5: Once the fields are completed, press the save button.
Step 6: In the vehicle diagram you will see how the tire in the position where you carried out the inspection changes its status and has a green stripe at the bottom.
Perform inspection - Renewed tire

Step 6: Once the fields are completed, press the save button.
Step 7: In the vehicle diagram you will see how the tire in the position where you performed the inspection changes its status and has a green stripe at the bottom.
Perform inspection - Renewed tire - Re-recorded
To record the inspection follow these steps:
Step 1: Once the inspection option is selected , you will find the information about the tire selected in the position.
Step 2: If the tire is retread , press yes in the retread section.
Step 3: New fields will be enabled to fill out (Brand/manufacturer, Band/floor) and enter the requested information.
Step 4: In the re-recording field, select Yes (this information will be pending so that the web analyst can finish recording the data).
Step 5: Then enter the PSI pressure and a support number if available (optional).
Step 6: Once the fields are completed, press the save button.
Step 7: In the vehicle diagram you will see how the tire in the position where you performed the inspection changes its status and has a green stripe at the bottom.
Perform simple inspection - Not the same tire - existing tire
This scenario occurs when the inspector is in front of the vehicle, is going to inspect a position, and realizes that the tire does not match what is shown in the app.
To register and inspect the tire to be registered, follow these steps.
Step 1: Once the inspection option is selected , you will find the information about the tire selected in the position.
Step 2: Press the "Not the same tire" option, on the "Search tire" button that appears, press it and you will find a hot number search engine to locate the tire that is mounted on the vehicle.
Case 1: If the tire consulted in the search engine by heat number exists in the database, it will be displayed with an information card , which must be selected and this will be loaded into the inspection module .
Note: This creation of the tire becomes a pending so that the web analyst can verify and approve the creation of the tire.
Step 3: Once the not the same tire step is completed, select whether it is renewed or re-recorded.
Step 4: In depths enter the outside-center-inside depth information.

This scenario occurs when the inspector is in front of the vehicle, is going to inspect a position, and realizes that the tire does not match what is shown in the app.

To delete a registered tire from the inspection module, follow these steps:
Step 1: Once the tire is registered from the "Not the same tire" option, press the switch to turn off the option.
Step 2: When you press it, an informational mode will appear, asking if you want to delete the newly registered tire, press accept and the tire will be deleted from the inspection.
