When students come to Pineville High School, they have already had at least eight years of incredible instruction and education. Here at PHS, our faculty and staff work to continue building on the foundations that have already been laid for your student, encouraging them to think critically, pursue their interests and dreams, and become a well-rounded, well-educated citizen.

With countless opportunities, including career and technical education programs, student-to-student mentorships, professional college and career counseling, and over 70 different arts, athletic, or other organizations to get involved in, your student is sure to leave Pineville High School equipped for the future ahead of them.

Because we are the largest high school in Rapides Parish, students may feel overwhelmed when they come to PHS for the first time, but our student body is committed to creating a positive, welcoming, and encouraging environment for our Rebels. Our Faculty and Staff welcomes students' enthusiasm about this kind of environment and offers support through Positive Behavior Interventions and Supports (PBIS). We strive to make our expectations clear and achievable for students, and love rewarding them for meeting those expectations.
