The PowerSchool parent portal provide families direct access to their child’s information and data, enabling families to monitor their child's educational progress, including the following information:
attendance
quarterly and yearly grades
student schedules
meal account information
transportation information
SNAP benefits information
Google Classroom is a suite of online tools that allows teachers to set assignments, have work submitted by students, to mark, and to return graded papers. Students can see and submit upcoming assignments, view detailed rubrics before submitting anything, and receive almost instant feedback on their assignments.
Schoology connects students to their teachers. Students get class assignments, link to materials provided by their teacher, and opportunities to collaborate with classmates and work on self-paced learning activities. They can see upcoming assignments and announcements, daily grades for current classes, and more.
School-Issued Devices (Chromebooks)
Beginning in the 2022-23 school year, students will no longer be issued a personal take-home device by Pineville High School.
