Google Drive is a web-based file storage system that connects users to all G Suite apps, including Docs, Slides, Sheets, and Forms. It can be reached from any web-enabled device. You can also add the Google Drive app to smartphones and tablets.
To access your RPS Google Drive, go to drive.google.com or the Google app launcher and sign in with your district email and password.

Google Forms is a tool that allows collecting information from users via a personalized survey or quiz. Students can create journal entries, submit google docs and files, submit images and tons of other creative ways that you can use to connect and assess engagement. The information is collected and automatically connected to a spreadsheet. The spreadsheet is populated with the survey and quiz responses.
Google Sheets is a spreadsheet program that allows users to create and edit files online while collaborating with other users in real-time. Edits are tracked by user with a revision history presenting changes. An editor's position is highlighted with an editor-specific color and cursor and a permissions system regulates what users can do.

Google Sites is a structured wiki- and Web page-creation tool offered by Google. RPS students and teachers all have the ability to use Sites to create their own classroom webpages or digital portfolios.
The goal of Google Sites is for anyone to be able to create simple web sites that support collaboration between different editors.
Slides allows users to create and edit presentations online while collaborating with other users in real-time. Slides can also be used to create interactive notebooks, digital story publishing, collages, and creating any product the needs images, graphs and information cleanly embedded.
