  1. Reading Science. Read passage. Then answer the questions.

  2. Content Connection Video and Questions. Watch video. Then answer the questions.

  3. Open Ended Response Assessment. Answer the questions in the text box below the question. Make sure to answer all parts of the questions.

  4. Post- Assessment. Make sure to read carefully all questions and answers.

Social Studies: Log in to Benchmark. Go to assignment SS-Texas Communities. Read Ch.2 pages 8-11. Then answer these questions Ch. 2 questions.Work on this during their asynchronous learning time on Monday.

Reading: Digital Reading Log. The link will force you to make a copy. This is a place where you will keep a record of your reading life this year. You will write the title of your “just right” book, # of pages read, and # of minutes read. Share it with me. Every week I will check how you are doing. Star the document so it will be easy to get to.

Writing: Write for 10 minutes. You can continue a story that you have already started or start a new one.

Math: Origo 5.4. Then share with me. Complete a lesson in Dreambox.

Thursday (Sept. 10):

Science: Click on link How to read a Thermometer. Then read through the slides. After that complete this practice Practice reading a thermometer. You will have to go to File>Make a copy to get your own copy to edit.

Social Studies: You will need to go to My Apps tab>online textbooks>Benchmark> Assignments>Texas Communities Big and Small. You will read pages 4-7. Then answer these questions Ch. 1 Questions. You will have to go to File>Make a copy to get your own copy to edit.

Reading: After reading Chrysanthemum. You will fill out the Stop, Jot, and Think About Characters Sheet . You will have to go to File>Make a copy to get your own copy to edit. After you complete the sheet, you can share it with me. We will probably have time to complete this in class.

Reading: IStation for 20 minutes. Open the link. After reading a picture book of your choice, Stop, Jot, and Think About Characters Sheet . Once you open it. It will force you to make a copy. After you complete the sheet, you can share it with me.
