Our Options Pathways Explained

During the autumn term our Year 9 students will have sat the exams that will help us to place them onto their recommended pathway. The exam data is only one element that we consider when placing students in their pathways; we also review their individual prior knowledge, progress data & feedback from Curriculum Leads. This is an important milestone in your son and daughter’s 7 Year Journey at RVHS and we will do everything to support them to make the right choices.

The excellent success that we have experienced at GCSE/ A-Level is because we have learnt to put students on the right pathway to enable them to experience this success!
