Bernie & Betty's

The atmosphere is very calm, and the place is set up for anyone of any age. They have TVs, a bar, slot machines, and an arcade game or two for the kids. The customer service is amazing and they take their time with you, so you don’t need to feel rushed. Overall Bernie & Betty’s is a great place to come eat out with your family, friends, or alone. They are closed on Sundays and Mondays, and the daily operating hours are from  11 A.M - 9 P.M. 

If you love pizza, Bernie & Betty’s has a wide variety of pizza with many amazing toppings to choose from. They have thin crust pizza that tastes oh so good, as well as a unique type of pizza that no other location in Springfield has: The San Francisco Sourdough pizza at Bernie & Betty’s tastes like nothing you have ever had before, and it is the most delicious pizza in Springfield. It’s so soft, yet has a nice crusty edge, and it’s really thick,  packed with tons of flavor. They have many other tasty pizza options on their menu, and if you haven’t eaten there, then make Bernie & Betty’s your next stop for a night out.

You may not like pizza, but not to worry because Bernie & Betty’s has more than just that. They have so many other tasty food choices like cheeseburgers, spaghetti, BLT’s, Horseshoes, wings, and lots more. I personally enjoy their Wednesday Special, which is a double bacon cheeseburger with toppings of your choice. You can have it any day of the week, but it’s a special on Wednesday, which just means that it’s cheaper. I have tried more than just that though. Bernie & Betty’s also have their own special dipping sauce that tastes amazing along with any other spice or seasoning you desire. 

Who doesn’t like free refills? Bernie & Betty’s offer free refills with many tasty drinks to choose from. The selection of drinks to choose from is a lot at Bernie & Betty’s ranging from lemonade for kids or an alcoholic beverage for the adults. Along with the free refills, the price alone is only $1.75 for drinks, so if you’re a person who doesn’t like to drink a lot, then that’s okay. Bernie & Betty’s has a great looking wine collection along the back wall of the bar. People who like coffee can have a cup of coffee at Bernie & Betty’s because they also have coffee. 

I don’t know about you, but I’m a person who loves appetizers, and at Bernie & Betty’s they have so many mouth-watering appetizers. Bernie & Betty’s have fries, tater tots, wings, mozzarella sticks, and so many more delicious, hot, and tasty appetizers. Their mozzarella sticks are so good! When you pull them apart it is super cheesy and delicious. At Bernie & Betty’s, appetizers prior to your meal will make it feel as though your main dish was prepared in no time. 

If you’re in a rush, then that’s no problem at Bernie & Betty’s because they have a drive-thru, but if you would like to sit down and enjoy some food, you can do that also. Dining in is an amazing experience, with an aesthetic vibe inside the restaurant. The people and community are great, and you could make a friend or two there.
