Welcome to the home of our Field Meet Team. Our program stands on a strong foundation built upon three core pillars: Drill, Academics, and Athletics. Competing regionally in one of the absolute toughest areas in the entire nation, our cadets train with unwavering dedication, precision, and discipline to represent our unit at the highest competitive level.
Drill Teams
The Drill Team forms the backbone of our ceremonial and military precision. It is divided into five distinct, highly disciplined squads:
Color Guard: The pride of the unit, responsible for maintaining high precision, ceremonial perfection, and flawless manual of arms while handling the national and organizational colors.
Unarmed Basic Drill: Focuses on foundational marching maneuvers, strict alignment, cadence, and synchronized group execution without rifles.
Armed Basic Drill: Combines fundamental marching mechanics with precise, regulation rifle manual and synchronized military movement.
Unarmed Exhibition Drill: A creative and dynamic display of complex marching routines, intricate footwork, and precise group coordination without weapons.
Armed Exhibition Drill: An advanced display featuring complex rifle spins, tosses, aerial maneuvers, and high-risk precision routines.
Athletics Team
The Athletics Team tests the physical endurance, speed, and mental toughness of our cadets across three key events:
Curl-Ups Team: Demonstrates core strength, muscular endurance, and high-pacing stamina under strict time parameters.
Push-Ups Team: Focuses on upper-body strength, strict form, discipline, and maximum exertion.
16x100m Relay Team: The ultimate test of explosive speed, seamless baton passes, teamwork, and collective track endurance.
Academics Team
Mental agility is just as critical as physical prowess. At every Field Meet, our Academics Team competes by taking a comprehensive 50-question examination. The test covers a rigorous blend of naval knowledge, military history, leadership principles, nautical science, and current affairs—demanding constant study and sharp critical thinking from every competing cadet.
