“Chinshuei fried spareribs noodles” is a famous restaurant on Zhengyi South Road (正義南路), Sanchong. It is close to Taipei Bridge MRT Station. The spareribs are marinated and fried first, so they smell good. Then they are steamed for hours, so they are very tender. Most of them have cartilage, so they are quite6 crunchy. The soup is pretty tasty, too. Come and enjoy.
