“Guangxing Pork Hock” is a great restaurant in Sanchong. Specifically, it sits at the corner of Guangxing Street (光興街) and Zhongzheng South Road (中正南路). At lunchtime or dinnertime, there is always a long line of people in front of the eatery. Its pork hock is braised thoroughly in soy sauce with other ingredients for hours. The meat is very tender and flavorful, but not unpleasantly salty. In addition, the skin is very soft and chewy because it contains a lot of collagen. 

Ordering a set meal comes with side dishes and rice, which go perfectly with the mouth-watering pork hock. Don’t miss “Guangxing Pork Hock” when you visit Sanchong.
