    • Play hard to get with strangers – if you don’t recognize the email address, don’t randomly click on links.
    • Think before you act – just because the email says it comes from someone you know…did it really? Take time to look at the return address: does it match – is it the right email address?
    • Protect your personal information (see more info in article)
    • Be wary of Hyperlinks – Hover over them to ensure they are going where they say they are going
    • Double you login protection – Enable multi factor authentication to ensure that you alone can access your account
    • Shake up your password protocol (see more info in article)
    • Install and update anti-virus software ­– in Rio, Technology services does this for you (assuming your work computer is on in our network and turned on).
