Bookable Technology

Rio Staff members can book technology resources for different projects and events through their @rioschools.org calendar.

1. Create an event in your rioschools.org calendar

2. In the event details, open the "Rooms" tab (see the screenshot).

3. Scroll down to the Tech sub menu, and open it

4. Click the resource you want to book.

5. Add techsupport@rioschools.org as guest

6. Save

After booking the resource, staff member can pick it up at the District Office once it's been returned by the previous user.

You can browse the bookable technologies and their availability using the calendars below.
