At Richard Hale School, politics isn’t just about governments and laws—it’s about understanding how decisions are made that affect all of us. Politics is everywhere, from how our schools are run to the big events happening around the world. Our super-curriculum will take you beyond what we learn in class and help spark your curiosity about how things work.

In the RHS Politics Department, we want to help you think about the world in new and exciting ways. Through our super-curriculum, you’ll explore important topics like how democracy works, what makes a good leader, and how countries work together (and sometimes don’t!). You’ll learn how to look at different opinions, think carefully about what’s fair, and develop the confidence to share your own views.

We’ve put together a wide range of fun and interesting activities to help you dive into the world of politics and understand why things are the way they are. We hope this journey inspires you to get involved and make a difference in the world around you!
