To help complete financial aid applications - In order to accurately complete the FAFSA, TAP, and CSS Profile, students will need to have their parent(s)/guardian(s)' tax returns handy, as these applications ask about specific sections of federal and state tax returns. In order to best support students, the college office requires copies in order to troubleshoot students' questions.
To determine eligibility for aid and opportunity programs - Certain admissions programs, including opportunity programs, have strict financial qualifications. In order to determine a student's eligibility, the college office needs to understand the family's most up-to-date financial information.
To complete financial aid verification and college follow-up - In the spring, students may need to complete additional verification to confirm financial aid. This verification process usually requires copies of tax and other financial forms. With copies in hand, the college office can quickly submit necessary paperwork in order to quickly confirm financial aid.
The following forms should be uploaded through this link by the school deadline of FRIDAY, OCTOBER 7
From Parent(s) or Guardian(s):
Parent/Guardian 2021 Federal Tax Return (1040 or 1040-SR)
Parent/Guardian 2021 State Tax Return (usually IT-201)
Parent/Guardian W-2 or 1099 forms
Records of untaxed income such as court-mandated child support, interest income, public assistance, food stamps, SSI or Social Security
