Chiropractic Biophysics is based on X-ray and postural analysis. Every angle of the spine is measured and compared to where it should be. From there, the type of misalignment of the spine, called a subluxation, is measured and linked to why someone has different health issues.

Treatment is based on the X-rays and postural analysis. If someone has reversed neck curve, text neck, military neck, or any other name describing misalignments of the neck for example, then specific exercises, adjustments, and traction are given to the patient to align their spine. These three methods of treatment are the best and most researched ways to fix spinal misalignments/subluxations.

Treatment could last anywhere from 3-6 months of 3 times a week in the office doing spinal corrective care to correct the issue. Reexams are done every 12 visits to ensure that correction of health problems is occurring and the posture is correcting. At home devices, called Dennerolls, are given to the patient to do at home to correct their spine while not at the office. At visit 36, X-rays are taken to see if more correction is needed. If there is more spinal changes to be made, then 3 times a week frequency continues. If maximal correction is obtained, then maintenance care of one time per week for 12 visits occurs.
