Patient payment plans can be set up directly by the patient with InboxHealth or by a billing tech using the InboxHealth dashboard. InboxHealth will handle running the payments according to the date(s) specified by the patient/agreement. Any payments collected via InboxHealth will show up in the patient’s Kareo account so that an accurate patient balance is reflected.
Once a patient has signed up for a payment plan, a note will need to be made in the “patient alert” tab in Kareo indicating this information.
