Unified Sports Information
The Valley Regional Unified Sports team competes in the fall, winter, and spring seasons. We compete against other Shoreline Conference schools as well as schools from across the state in CIAC scheduled events. We play soccer, volleyball, bowling, basketball, track & field and other sporting events that become available. The Unified Sports program is led by our head coach, Kate Ely at kely@reg4.k12.ct.us. Valley Regional High School is both supportive and proud of our Unified program and encourage all students to participate.
