Meet the Coach

Head Coach: Colby Hawkins

Coach Hawkins is a former Endicott College faceoff midfielder, class of 2010, and was the lacrosse team’s captain at Scituate High School, class of 2006. He has been a faceoff specialist coach at high school summer skills clinics and served as assistant coach at Princess Anne High School in Virginia Beach. Additionally, he has been a certified US Lacrosse Official for five years and has officiated at the youth, high school, and college levels. Coach Hawkins continues to play at men's elite-level tournaments around the United States including the Vail, Colorado Masters Shootout, and the Lake Placid Summit Classic. 

Coach Hawkins teaches at a nearby school.  As a life-long player and lover of the game, Colby is honored to coach the boys’ lacrosse team, and looks forward to bringing his experience to the VRHS team and working together with the players toward a successful season.
