Netball

Netball is a thriving and highly valued sport within our school community. From Year 7 onwards, students are inspired to train, develop and compete — whether they are brand-new to the game or progressing through the pathways. 

7 Teams Across the School

We proudly run seven teams spanning all year groups, ensuring every student has the opportunity to enjoy netball at a level that suits them — from competitive squads to those seeking fun, fitness and friendships.

Our aim: to develop confident, skilled and motivated players who love the sport.

Many students are part of high-performance environments including:
• London Pulse Hubs
• London Mavericks Futures
• Essex Met County
• Thurrock County
• Local club teams competing at a high standard

Students are encouraged to join a club to further develop their skills. 

Competitions & Fixtures

Our teams enjoy a full calendar of matches and tournaments, encouraging growth through regular competitive play. We compete at local, county, regional and national level, offering a clear pathway for ambitious athletes.

• Havering League (Year 7 A & B, Year 8 A & B, Year 9 and Year 10)

• Havering Rallies (Year 7 A & B, Year 8 A & B, Year 9, Year 10, Year 11)

• Essex Cup (Year 7, U14, U16)

• School Sport Magazine Cup (U12, U13, U15)

We enjoy success in all competitions winning the Havering League and Rallies in multiple year groups every year, reaching the later stages of the Essex Cup in differing age groups and winning the Essex Plate previously, being regional finalists in successive years and competing against some of the top schools in the area in the School Sports Magazine competition.
