Miss. Tanisha Baker

Hi there! My name is Tanisha Baker. I've been fortunate enough to have been involved in a variety of life experiences that have led me right to this moment of becoming a co-creator of TK to Literacy. My previous education involves graduating with an Educational Assistant Certificate and a Social Work Diploma. I find that my educational background will be a fantastic asset as a move forward through my Bachelor of Education Middle Years Degree through the University of Alberta collaborative program. I strongly stand by the fact that every child deserves access to literature that is relevant, engaging and thought-provoking to help students grow into becoming better people in the world around us.
