This calendar encourages families to become more physically active and to take steps toward a healthier lifestyle. Each day, students are asked to complete a different activity with a family member (or with adult supervision).
The fitMarathon is a healthy choices challenge for people of all ages. This activity encourages participants to make healthy recharge, mood, food, and move choices each day.
Each day, make a fit choice from a list below and record it on your map.
• Make a different choice for each mile you record.
• You can always make several choices a day, but only record one mile each day.
• Ask a parent or teacher to initial your choice.
• Have fun and be fit!
