Staff iPads Self-Service


There is a selection of APPs in Mosyle School.  There is no password for self-service.  You download the apps that you select.  The iPads will have the Web Clips, shortcuts to:


*learning sites

*Journal Surf

*Rāwhiti Library

*Rāwhiti School website

*Hapara Teacher Dashboard


The usual Apple apps related to the iOS will be on the iPad you can put these in a folder.  


Photo transfer is now working and you should be logged in with 'PRO Plan activated.'

  

You should be in the correct Apple Classrom classroom (to view iPads in your studio).

Rāwhiti School Calendars

This document - Rāwhiti School Calendars - has all the calendars used at Rāwhiti School.  There is one calendar that feeds into the Rāwhiti School website.   The Rāwhiti School Public Calendar - (may come up webcal).  Copy term events from ‘Term Planner’ into the Public calendar (not personal information).  The Term Planner - events, trips etc that involve a specific studio, or the whole school, year levels etc...Not all information from the Term Planner may be copied to the Public calendar.

New Chromebooks with Te Reo layout on keyboard

Use the instructions below to enable Te Reo Māori keyboard laybout on C374 Chromebooks.

Open  Settings - Under 'Advanced' select 'Languages and inputs.'

Under Devices select 'Keyboard.'

Then select 'change imput settings.'

Select 'Add input methods.'

Search 'Te Reo' and tick the box and click on 'Add.'


Chromebook Māori Macrons


This is pinned to Chrome browser for students 


The 'Google Input Tools' are available for all students in Ata Hāpara, Tangaroa, Tāwhirimātea and Tāne Mahuta.

I've sliced up Core Education's video so you can guide your tamariki to set this up.
