Spring 1
An African Adventure
This half term our topic is Africa! We will develop our geography skills and compare human and physical features of London to a small part of the continent. The children will also name similarities and differences between their lives and a child living in Africa. In Science, the children will continue to study materials and their properties. There will be a cross curricular link, as the children will build and test a catapult inspired by the African story Bringing the rain to Kapiti Plain.
