Students can log in to Qridi through a browser at learner.qridi.com or by using the Qridi mobile app (download from App Store or Google Play).
Students must log in with their own credentials. You can use your Qridi account to log in as a teachers
and distribute the Qridi login details, or Google or O365 accounts linked to them, to learners.
When devices are shared, it is recommended to ask learners to log out of Qridi at the end of a session.
Learners’ login details
In the Class, you can manage the login details of learners included in the class, as well as their guardians.
Open the class you want to manage in Qridi’s main view.
Click the Login details button.
Select the Learners’ login details tab.
In the view that is opened, you can view or print out the login details of one or more learners.
In the login details section, you can print out Qridi credentials for learners (see figure on the right). A learner’s Qridi login details comprise the student’s name (username) and password, which is created automatically.
You can also use the QR code at the bottom of the login details slip to login: learners who scan the QR code on a mobile device can access Qridi directly with their Qridi account.
Functions available to you
Print all login details -> Prints login details for all learners.
Print password -> Prints login details for an individual learner.
Replace all login codes with new ones -> Voids all of the learners’ previously used passwords and prints out new login details for all learners.
Renew password -> Voids a password used by an individual learner and prints out new login details for the learner in question.
You can also check the login details used by one or more students in the list, as well as the latest login times of the learners.
Learners’ login with Qridi details
When using a browser, learners log in at learner.qridi.com.
Learners can download the Qridi app for their mobile device (available for iOS and Android).
Learners can log in to Qridi by entering their first name and password in the respective fields.
On a mobile device, learners can also log in by using the device to scan the QR code on the login detail slip.
Log in with an Android device by scanning the QR code with the scanner of the Qridi app.
If you are using an Apple device, scan the code with the device’s own camera.
Upon first use, the mobile app will prompt you to specify which version of Qridi you wish to log into (in addition to schools, Qridi is also used by sports clubs and adult education providers), the role with which the app is used and the country the app is used in.
Click 'Change' to access the options.
Choose Edu if you use Qrdi in a school.
Choose the appropriate role.
Choose the appropriate country.
Login with another account
Learners can also log in with a Google, Apple or Microsoft account.
To log in with your Google, Apple or Microsoft accounts, click the appropriate button on the login page.
Clicking the button opens a window in which to enter your username and password.
Note: These login methods have to be activated separately for the whole school or by each user manually (see instructions below). To enable school wide SSO, talk to your admin teacher or contact customer service at support@qridi.com.
Linking user accounts manually
If a learner’s Google, Apple or Microsoft account is not automatically linked to the Qridi account, you can form the link manually. To do this, the learner must first log in to Qridi with a Qridi account or QR code and them link the accounts through the settings as shown in the figures below.
