Adding teachers to Qridi is easy! The school’s administrative teacher can add all of the school’s teachers to Qridi at once. You can also add learners and update learner information automatically through an integrated SMS. For more information, contact our customer service (support@qridi.com).
Managing teacher information in the Office
Select addition method: you can add one or more teachers at once. It is easiest for one teacher to add all of the school’s learners to Qridi in one go.
Enter the teachers’ information in the system. The required information includes the first name, last name and email address.
If you are adding several teachers at a time, you can either write the information yourself or copy it from another file.
If you are adding a single teacher, you need to fill in the form to complete the addition.
You can assign admin right to specific teachers by toggling it on as shown in the image.
Finally, confirm the addition of teachers clicking the Add button. If necessary, you can go back before this and make changes in the teachers’ information or remove the selected teacher in the confirmation view by clicking on the recycle bin icon.
At this stage you see a preview of the email that will be sent to each teacher once you toggle on the 'Send login credentials by email'.
It is also possible to schedule the email under 'Timing'.
Updating learner information automatically htrough API integration to an existing SMS (e.g. iSAMS or Engage).
It is possible to update the learner information automatically from an existing SMS.
This is particularly useful for entering large numbers of learners into the system and updating learners to the correct groups for new school years.
