Students should arrive wearing their first costume, with hair and makeup already completed.
Students attending classes prior to 5:45pm may complete costume changes, hair, and makeup preparation in the holding rooms.
All students are required to wear their hair in a low, middle-part bun for all performance genres throughout the evening.
Junior students (Year 3 to 6) are to sign in at their holding rooms located in the Junior School classrooms across from the Dance Centre on Level 1.
Secondary students are to sign in at their holding rooms in Studios 3 and 4.
Note that holding rooms won't be accessible till 5.45pm.
At the conclusion of the performance:
Junior students must be collected by a parent/carer from the Junior School classrooms across from the Dance Centre.
Secondary students may sign themselves out independently from the roll in holding rooms.

Contemporary: Low, slick, middle-part bun, just off neck
Jazz: Low, slick, middle-part, ponytail
Makeup: All students are required to wear the following makeup; foundation, red lipstick, blush, neutral eye shadow (not blue), eyeliner and mascara.
At the main entrance to the venue. A representative from the group will wait at the appropriate meeting times to direct students to our change room. Please check in with group leader when you arrive. Students must sign out with their teacher at the end of their final performance and arrange a place to meet their parents.
Parents are responsible for transporting their daughter to and from each Competition.
Filming the competition is strictly prohibited and can result in disqualification. An official Video Operator will film every competitor and the footage will be emailed to Pymble Dance within ten days of the competition. In participating in this Eisteddfod, you agree to the competition using your daughter’s images/video snippets to promote the event.
Students must ensure they have all their required medications on them at all times, this includes their own Epipen, Antihistamines, and Ventolin where required.
