Eisteddfod class time is devoted to learning and polishing routines. Although it is expected that students in the Eisteddfod groups have already accomplished a high standard of technique, for their age, it is important that they are regularly attending a compulsory Technique class to continue developing their strength as a dancer and for injury prevention.
As the Eisteddfod class is dedicated to challenging students in their style it is necessary for students to be taking classes in more than just an Eisteddfod level class at the College. This ensures students in the Junior School age group are improving their choreography learning and retention processes, exposing themselves to different teaching methods and styles of dance and, ensuring their foundational skills are regularly being consolidated under the guidance of our Pymble Dance staff.
