In order to make our educational experience better for our students and parents/guardians, we use a number of software systems so students/parents can track what units students are undertaking in each class. Students/Parents will be able to login and find out exactly what students are studying, look at student progress and assessments and contact teachers through the applications. Although we have parent conferences and parent/student conferences throughout the year, these software systems allow students/parents to track progress on a daily basis.
Our software systems also track student attendance at school and within the Exploria programme.
We use our software systems to sign up for Exploria and Sports.
We have a specific software system when applying for Prem.
All data on the software systems is protected by new data protection laws.
Seesaw is the software platform that is used in Early Years and Junior School. Teachers will upload student work and pictures, so parents can follow student progress. Each student will have their own Seesaw account, so it will be an interactive platform where teachers, students and parents are users. 'On Seesaw, students are creators of learning, supported along their learning journey, and celebrated for their growth'
Engage is the software platform that is used throughout the school to track attendance and show students/parents their timetables. Depending on the grade, teachers may use Engage to upload lesson plans. Engage is the portal that we use to sign up for Exploria activities and Prem Panthers Sports.
ManageBac is the software program that is used mainly within the Middle and Senior Schools and is specifically tailored to work with the MYP (Middle Years Programme), DP (Diploma Programme) and CP (Careers Programme) that are within the IB programme. All classes/teachers will upload their units and send students/parents updates on student progress in each unit. All assessments can be found on Managebac and student reports are created through this programme.

Open-Apply is the software program that we use to process student applications at Prem. Our admissions office will walk potential parents and students through the application process.
