Using the story Hansel and Gretel the children make a pathway for the story characters to follow to the woodland house.

After reading the story Cinderella. The children made magical wands, just like the fairy godmother had in the story. They wrapped different coloured pieces of wool around a stick. When acting out being a fairy godmother the children used their wands to cast spells on their friends.
