My fees are as follows;
My usual working hours are 8am - 5.00pm Monday to Friday. I am happy to extend these hours if necessary however will need to charge extra for working outside of my usual hours.
I do not normally work on bank holidays however, in an emergency or special circumstance this can be considered. Fees will be charged at double the normal rate.
A retainer fee is necessary to keep the place open for your child. If the retainer fee is not paid, I cannot guarantee that your child’s place will remain open. I cannot hold a place without the retainer fee being paid as discussed. If your child attends one day on one week but not the next week; a 50% retainer is necessary to keep the space open.
Fees are to be paid by either bank transfer, cash or cheque. Fees must be paid monthly in advance, by the 27th of the month. Any additional fees will be added to the following month’s invoice. If paying by cheque, this must be cleared funds by 27th of the month.
Collection/drop off
I appreciate that sometimes delays can happen due to traffic or leaving work late, therefore a period of 15 minutes grace will be given after the contracted collection time. If this is taken advantage of it may be necessary to extend the contracted hours. This will be decided at my discretion.
