Below is the workout schedule for our athletes this week of 2/9
Monday: 4:00pm for Distance Runners, Sprinters, Jumpers
Tuesday: 4:00pm for Sprinters, Throwers
Wednesday: 4:00pm for Distance, Sprinters, Jumpers,
Thursday: 4:00pm for Distance, Sprinters, Jumpers, Throwers
Friday:
Saturday: Distance - 9:30am at Nike Hollister Trail for the Distance Runners
We will always meet by the athletic storage building by the track unless otherwise noted.
Bring warm clothes, extra clothes for after practice, athletic shoes, and a full water bottle.
Winter conditioning is for ALL athletes, not just our Varsity or returning athletes. Even if you are brand new to the program, we encourage you to come to winter conditioning. I would also encourage kids to work out on the days that we don't have official practice or days that they can't make practice.
Within this newsletters we do have a request as a program. We have 3 exercise bikes within the program, 2 of which are in pretty bad shape. I've had parents in the past ask if we have equipment needs so I'm reaching out today to ask if you have an exercise bike that is sitting idle in your home or you're looking to get rid of one, we'd happily take that off your hands. Thanks in advance!
