Upload a physical that is valid for the entire season, paper copies will not be accepted, please DO NOT bring the paper copies to the AD's Office or Coaches.
Physicals are valid for 2 years from the date of the exam.
Here is the correct physical form - Office visit summaries will not be accepted.
Show up on time to the tryouts and all days (unless otherwise specified by the coaches)
OSAA requires that student who fail to meet any of these 3 requirements are not eligible to participate in OSAA Contests
Students must be enrolled in a minimum of 5 classes in the current semester
Students must have passed 5 subjects in the previous semester
Students must be on track to graduate - minimum number of credits: 4.5 credits by the start of 10th grade, 10 credits by the start of 11th grade, 17 credits by the start of 12th grade.
If students has a GPA below 2 with no Fs or GPA below 2.5 with one or more F, you will be placed on an academic probation and must participate in study sessions until the end of the season to remain eligible. Weekly grade checks are required for students on probation.

OSAA requires that student have a valid physical (uploaded into Arbiter). The physical is valid for 2 years from the date the exam occured, not the date of the Dr's signature. To check your physical on file follow the insturctions below:
Go to Registrations and click Add or Update Info next to the registration.
Scroll down to the Participant Information section.
Click the link for the uploaded PDF or image of the medical form to open it and check the "Date of Exam."
To check the status of your registration:
Login to your account on arbiter
Under Lincoln High School - select 'View or Update my Registration'
Select 'Summary' next to the program you registered for
Registration Status shoule be completed - if not recheck your sumbission
If Registration Status is complete, under memo from school the Approval status would be Approved
If Approval status is not approved, please check your Physical and upload one that is valid until the end of the season
If Approval status is empty or shows another message after your registration status is complete, check back, this means we are working on checking the physical validity and in the process of clearing the athlete
If your physical is not current, you will receive an email asking you to update the physical

PIL Fees:
The required Portland Interscholastic League (PIL) Pay-to-Play fee is $200 per sport. The cap is $400 per school year per athlete and $800 per family per school year. A reduced fee is available if you qualify for Free or Reduced Lunch. If an athlete needs to quit a sport due to injury or academics three weeks or less into the season, a partial refund can be arranged. Payments can be made using https://pps.schoolpay.com/ or in person in the bookkeeper's office. For cut sports, payment should be made after team rosters are announced.
