The program offers community-and site-based case management, family mediation and reunification support, in-reach to schools and response to law enforcement, crisis intervention and short-term emergency housing menu, basic needs and transportation, client assistance, resource referral and navigation.

Support for youth transitioning from foster care to adulthood, including basic life-skill development, mental health support, education, job training and placement, and more. Life Coaches bring services directly to youth where they live. They also offer an Avenues to College program supporting foster youth aged 17-21 in accessing and succeeding in college.

Provides a number of foster care programs serving a range of foster care youth and offering a variety of lengths of stay. Boys & Girls Aid also offers relief parents to support foster youth in having a place to stay while waiting for a longer-term home.

The NAYA Family Center Foster Care Support program assists youth aged birth to 24 as well as their families with individual and family-based support services, which help build understanding and maintain Native cultural traditions and connections. There is also a Pathways to Adulthood independent living program that provides support and assistance to youth ages 14-21 who are currently or have been in state or tribal foster care systems.
