All students planning on attending a field trip or vacation must submit a completed and signed permission form to the teacher, at least 4 days prior to the trip.
Prior to any field trip or vacation, it is the student's responsibility to alert their teacher's of their upcoming class absence. Additionally, any work that is to be missed as a result of a field trip/vacation should be collected by students prior to their trip and should be submitted by an agreed upon deadline with the classroom teacher.
All school rules and regulations are in effect on field trips sponsored by Portsmouth High School.
