Placement Paperwork

All of our placements are marked using the CSP's Common Placement Assessment Form (CPAF). 

**We are now using the new, shorter CPAF form**

CPAF training is available through the collaborative network between the Universities of Portsmouth, Chichester, Southampton, Winchester and AECC University College. A recording of the CPAF training and information of drop-in sessions with the University of Portsmouth course team can be found here.

Different placements are marked at different CPAF levels, as detailed below. However, students will provide the correct document for the placement that they are on. 

Placements One and Two are marked at CPAF Level 4

Placement Three is marked at CPAF Level 5

Placements Four and Five are marked at CPAF Level 6

Below you can find editable versions of the CPAF paperwork for each level as well as some reflection tools you may find useful. Support with using the CPAF can be found on the CSP website here, however please note that the documents on their website are the old versions. The new CPAF version that we use is below. Please download the below form for the appropriate level and either complete it electronically (preferred) or by hand.
