Dear Families,
Thank you, thank you, thank you for such a wonderful year! We have loved teaching and spending time with your little ones. This year flew by, and we got to enjoy amazing spaces and experiences that facilitated learning, play, and exploration.
We can still remember your first visits, some timid and some enthusiastic, but all with the same air of excitement. Over these last ten months, we have learned about each other and the ways that we are a community. We explored each others’ interests, dove into unfamiliar topics, and created amazing experiences together.
Over the year, we watched everyone grow into artists, athletes, builders, engineers, scientists, explorers, and more! One of our favorite things about the fall is welcoming our former students back to school and seeing them walk the halls as they explore new classrooms, new friendships, and new experiences.
Congratulations to all of your students for completing their Nursery year!

Dear Families,
Happy Sunday and happy last week of school! We hope you had a great weekend. It was wonderful to see you on Thursday evening for Open School Night! We hope you enjoyed seeing all of the amazing work everyone has done over the last few months.
As a reminder, the last day of after school is Wednesday, June 10. Additionally, this Friday, June 12, is a half day for all students. There will be no lunch service.
We will be sending home all cubby items and student work over the next few days. Please let us know what day you would like your student to bring home their (fresh direct) bag of items. If we do not hear from you, we will be sending home items on Thursday, June 11.
Last week we:
finished our Animal Study by learning about Mammals! We learned about the different characteristics of the classification as a whole and learned more in depth about Elephants and Whales.
finished our Independent Animal Study projects!
had our last week of Show and Tell!
celebrated Theo’s birthday with a visit from his family! They read The Gruffalo.
This week we will:
participate in Changemaker Day!
welcome Dash’s and Vivi’s families into the classroom to celebrate their summer birthdays!
visit the Pre-K classrooms to meet the Pre-K teachers and tour the classrooms.
celebrate being together for the last week of school!
become Pre-K students!
Don’t forget to send in a blanket, crib sheet, and/or small stuffed animal that your student can use for rest time. Additionally, please make sure your student has weather appropriate extra clothing in their cubby.
Please make sure you update your student's dismissal plans each day through the PickUp Patrol App.
Looking ahead through the end of the year:
The last Lost and Found Recovery Days of the year are this Tuesday, June 9 and Wednesday, June 10.
The last day of afterschool is this Wednesday, June 10.
The last day of school is this Friday, June 12. All students will have a noon dismissal and no lunch will be served.
