Local Government Units (LGUs)

At Point Digital Finance, Inc. Branch Office, compliance with local regulations is paramount. As a new member of our team, you'll be registered with four key government agencies: the Bureau of Internal Revenue (BIR), the Social Security System (SSS), the Philippine Health Insurance Corporation (PhilHealth), and the Home Development Mutual Fund (Pag-IBIG Fund). The company will coordinate with the Local Government Unit (LGU) as part of this process. This registration not only ensures we adhere to the legal mandates of the Philippines but also guarantees you receive the mandatory benefits and can fulfill tax obligations as outlined in the Labor Code.
