Social Security System (SSS). Under Republic Act No. 8282, all employees hired by private companies must apply for Social Security System (SSS) membership. This system provides private employees and their families protection against disability, sickness, old age, death, or other such instances that could make them incapable of continuing their employment.

Steps to print a copy of SSS SOA on the SSS portal:
Log in to the SSS website.
If you still need an SSS online account, click NOT REGISTERED IN MY.SSS?
Once redirected to the SSS homepage, select LOANS INFO under the INQUIRY MENU.
You can select the loan type that is applicable.
Scroll down and select SALARY LOAN under the section of LIST OF AVAILED LOAN(S)
You will be redirected to the LOANS – STATEMENT OF ACCOUNT page, which will show the specific loan details you selected from the previous step.
Print the SOA
Remember to log out of your SSS account.
