My evidence for criteria 5.1.1 of Domain 5 includes the Table of Specifications (TOS) that my co-FS teachers and I prepared for the first quarterly exam of our grade 4 students in FGEEL, the quarterly exam itself, and one of the quizzes I prepared during my practice teaching at SFHS.
