All students in grades 1st-3rd learn how to code the Lego WeDo and participate in FIRST Lego League Explore.
Students use the previous years FIRST Lego League maps to learn how to program Lego robots to perform various challenges autonomously. During the 2021-22 school year the RePlay map and missions were used and grade-levels chose to use either the Lego EV3 or Lego Spike Primes to design robots to autonomously complete the various missions, including: Step Counter, Slide, Bench, Basketball, Pull-up Bar, Robot Dance, Tire Flip, Cell Phone, Treadmill, Row Machine, Weight Machine, and Health Units. Then they ended the unit with a dance-off.
