September 2-5
Last week we worked on the B-flat Concert Scale and the F Concert Scale. On Friday we had a test on both scales and the B-flat Concert Patterns Page.
We are learning the importance of scale patterns to the music that we play. This week we will work on the F Concert Patterns Page
We have also been rehearsing music that may find its way to our Veteran's Day Program, Homecoming Parade, and Winter Concert.
This will be a busy semester and students should attend every class unless ill. Our winter concert is the final exam. Students should make prior arrangements with work and other commitments in order to attend the dress rehearsal and concert.
The dates for the dress rehearsal and concert will be determined shortly and posted well ahead of time.
