High School Band

Congratulations on a job well done!  You all did an amazing job at our concert.  For the next few weeks we will be learning some new skills and music theory.  Your concert grade will be 80% of your final exam grade. We will review the skills we have learned and add skills such as instrument maintenance/cleaning.  

Last week we learned about basic cleaning of brass and woodwind instruments.  This week we will be discussing score-order, music grading, and publishers.  We will begin sorting music by grade level and learn how to look at the score title page for information.  This skill will be on your final exam.
