High School Band

Week of March 30 - April 2

We will be working on the C concert scale.  Those who tested on this scale last semester will be given specific benchmarks to meet with this scale to improve your peformance. 

We have chosen 3 pieces for our concert.  They all have unique challenges.  We will be working on these to overcome playing challenges and learn new things!

This week we are also going to be reviewing skills needed to play the concert band and symphonic band music on the concert.  We always "help out" to complete instrumentation and lead by example.

All music introductions have been written.  Students will be given an opportunity to read these on the concert on April 30

Students will also be given independent practice time to work on their band karate levels.
