Seventh Grade music class reviews many of the elements of music learned the previous year. Seventh graders pick up where sixth grade left off with music of the Romantic period. Some composers that will be studied are: Johannes Brahms, Hector Berlioz, Franz Liszt, and Richard Wagner. Music and National Identity will be studied and the semester will culminate with a study of blues and jazz.

We completed the vocabulary and bucket drumming last week and will have our test on both this week on Tuesday
There will be a quiz and drumming activity on Monday to study/prepare for the test.
