Instructions: Welcome! In this project we will use the symmetrical or radial design we planned in part 1 as our template for the embroidery tread.
Rubric:
2pts First Layer. Layer has 12 or more lines and a unique color.
2pts Second Layer. Layer has 16 or more lines and a unique color.
2pts Third Layer. Layer has 16 or more lines and a unique color.
2pts Symmetrical or Radial. Work is either symmetrical or radial with few or no mistakes.
2pts Mastery.
An additional layer is included with at least 12 lines and follows the symmetrical or radial balance of the artwork.
Work as a whole is clean, organized, and has few or now mistakes

Mat Board
Tape down your embroidery needle at the end of the period! This needle will stay with you for the whole project.
Use your glue stick to adhere your geometric design to the clip board.
Wait for your glue to dry, then poke holes into the clip board using a needle tool.
Use this trick to help get your embroidery thread through the needle.
Put tape on end of thread
Fold tape closed with thread inside
Cut tape into a triangle
Push triangle through needle
Feel free to use a knot or tape to stick the end of your tread to the paper.
Use the string and graph paper guide to create lines of string on the front of your chipboard.
