Download the PSD file in box to the right (Sky Selection Tool)
Go to the Menu bar and click on "Select"
Scroll down to Sky
Your selection will be the city, and copy and paste
Move layers so that the Text is behind the city

Use the Sky Relpacement tool on the photo with the following settings:
Sky: BlueSky101
Shift Edge: 20%
Fade Edge: 30%
Sky Adjustments:
Brightness: 10
Temperature: 40
Leave all other settings at default.

Enable Legacy Save As in Photoshop so that it becomes the command used when selecting Save As
