I Was Where
SUMMARY: Create your own “I Was There!” moment, here's your chance to "prove" you've been there/done that. Find a scene from your favorite movie. Then, working with a partner, pose yourself in front of the camera to fit each scene. Use the basics of Photoshop to cut and blend yourself into each location shot.
REQUIREMENTS:
● Be creative!
● The poses must be creative with the background you choose. Don’t just stand there.
● It should be a clean cutout of you at this location using Photoshop.
● Your entire body does not have to be in the photo.
● Use Quick Mask, Curve adjustment, and color adjustments.
● Save as a JPEG. Your name_I was
GRADING RUBRIC:
● Completed and turned in on time as JPEG (25pts)
● Creativeness/originality/Realistic (30pts)
● Contains correct elements – see above (45pts)
Steps to Follow to get an “A”
1. Create a “I was” Folder on your USB
2. First find a high resolution photo
a. Save in your folder as the name of the image
3. Start planning your photo shoot
**It is very important that you know how you want to position yourself before you start taking photos
4. Edit yourself into the photo of your location
* It will be very important that you use all of the tools on the tool bar that we have learned!!
**Ex: Select yourself from your photoshoot –mask portions you do not want – Smudge – eye drop to match colors, the list goes on and on . . .
6. Be Sure to Save in the proper format!!
