Artistic Paint Brush And Modes

Using your paint brush and pencil tools in Illustrator is similar to How they are used in Photoshop

1.  Download .ai file called "Brush" HERE

2. Create a grid line every 1 inches and 2 subdivisions. Then Menu Bar>Edit>Preferences>Guides and Grids)

3. Watch and follow along with tutorial.  However do not use  the brush he downloads, use any of the Charcoal brushes that are available to you uner the brush library

Open Brush Library > Artistic > Artistic Chalk Charcoal

4.  Export file as a png 24 (no background).  Name it Brush

File> Export > Save for Web (Legacy)
